Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

Exercise of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g. by email) is sufficient. Sending it within the period is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Exclusions and expiry

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery.
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
